1. Would you call yourself an enthusiast, obsessive, semi-pro or professional poker player?

I am a professional poker player

-a) How long have you played professionally, and what is your chosen game?

I have been playing for 6 years but 4 as a pro. I mainly play no limit as it is more available but I also love the mix games.

-b) What has been the highlight of your poker playing career?

Playing the main event of the WSOP for the 1st time was amongst the best days of my life!

2. Is there any female player playing today that you see as an ambassador to ladies poker?

I think Vanessa Rousso would be a great ambassador  to ladies poker because of her constant results and she is also an excellent teacher.

3. Do you see there being any difference between men and women playing poker?

Nowadays there are so many women players with such different styles of play that are showing great results that I don’t think there is any difference. Although, women can still use charm to their advantage from time to time!;)

4. Big tournaments like the WSOP have recently been under attack for their commercialization of the game. Of the major poker tournaments today like the EPT, WPT and WSOP which are the best?

Well, the WSOP is the most famous one. But winning any of these titles is a huge accomplishment.

5. What would you say are the biggest differences between online and live poker?

Both are very good form of poker, You can get a better feel and more tells from playing live poker but online is very comfortable and with the tracker softwares out there you can get a lot of information on your opponent’s style of play

a) Where is your favourite place to play live poker? Why?

I love to play at the Aria, It’s the most recent poker room in Las Vegas, it’s a beautiful hotel and poker room, the action is great and it’s very comfortable. The staff is also super nice.

b) Where is your favourite place to play online poker? Why?

I usually play Pokerstars or FullTilt. They usually have a great selection of games and better tournaments with huge prize pools.

6. From your perspective do you think such a big deal should be made about the men entering the ladies event at the WSOP?

I think it’s a total disgrace when a men enter the event. Ladies event brings a lot of camaraderie, women never get to play at a table with ladies only other than on those events. Poker is still in majority a man’s world, so to us, it is a unique occasion to play against each other. The vibes at the table are completely different when filled with ladies! Men who enter these events are quite disrespectful

7. Vanessa Rousso, Liv Bovree – both have won major EPT tournaments in recent history. If you could win any single event which would it be?

No brainer… WSOP Main Event!

8. And who would you want to play Heads-up on the final table?

Ideally someone who is not so good and that does not have many chips. But for my ego it would be Mike Matusow, Daniel Negreanu, Vanessa Selbst or Phil Evey

9. Cash games are a different breed of poker. Puggy Pearson said the real value was in playing limit
Holdem, others have said that Omaha offers the best value and others say NL Holdem with the right bankroll. In your opinion where is the money on the cash tables?

I have been making my living off of NL Holdem cash games. Mix games are also lucrative but when playing live, they are not as available.

10. Do you still see yourself playing poker in ten years? If yes, where would you hope to be?

I see myself playing poker in my death bed! Hopefully in 10 years I will have a few titles added to my name. I am a very strong cash player but i still need to make my mark in tournaments.

11. Would you stop or encourage your daughter to become a professional poker player? Why?

If she wants to play poker, she should go for it. Poker is actually a great job! You pick your own hours and you make money. Nothing wrong with that!
