Never a dull day in Poker and at the moment that excitement comes at the expense of both FullTilt Poker and Phil Ivey. In his statement painting FullTilt as the new axis of evil, Phil commented that the company’s “inactivity and indecision” had caused suffering to US players, going on to further comment that he was “deeply disappointed and embarrassed that FullTilt players have not been paid”. Tiltware’s response to the $150 million lawsuit has been hard and unforgiving.
